Does Framify provide a physical booth?
Framify focuses on the photo booth operating system. For physical booths, cameras, printers, or lighting, our team can help map a suitable setup before you buy equipment.
What cameras can be used?
For the MVP, Framify is designed to stay flexible for DSLR, mirrorless, webcam, or other setups that can send photo results to the operator. Detailed compatibility will be confirmed during onboarding.
Can customers pay with QRIS?
Yes. QRIS payment flow is one of Framify’s focus areas. Operators can set session prices, then customers pay before or during the session according to the event setup.
Who receives the payment?
Fund receiving setup depends on the package and merchant configuration. For the early launch, settlement details will be explained during consultation so they fit your business model.
Is there a transaction fee?
Fees can vary by package, payment method, and merchant configuration. The pricing page shows package guidance, while final details are confirmed before you start.
Can I use custom frames and branding?
Yes. Framify is prepared to help operators manage event frames, visual templates, and customer experiences that carry business or event branding.
Do customers receive digital files?
The product flow is designed to make digital file delivery easier after a session ends. Delivery channels can be adjusted based on integration readiness and event needs.
Can it be used without internet?
Internet is still recommended for payments, data sync, and file delivery. For venues with limited internet, operators should prepare a backup flow.
What is the difference between Starter, Standard, and Pro?
Starter fits early validation. Standard is aimed at routine operations with more complete features. Pro is prepared for businesses that need branding, cleaner management, and further support.
Is it suitable for weddings, schools, cafes, or brand events?
Yes. Framify works for photo booth operators serving weddings, schools, venues, cafes, festivals, pop-ups, and brand activations as long as the equipment setup fits the location.
